Selfanimate Return and Refund Policy

Selfanimate will always strive to provide the best of service and experience for our users. And we back it up with our return and refund policy in case something goes wrong with the process.

Given the nature of our product which is a digital item, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless there were certain issues in the video-making process that did not allow the user to complete a certain task. If you would like to request for a refund or a credit on a purchase, you should open a support ticket first.

We will assess the refund or credit requests on their merits after processing the support ticket request and evaluating the backend data on the same. There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:

  • you have purchased the credits and completed a video using a wrong template
  • you bought more credits by mistake
  • you decide to cancel the credits of your own will

If we decide to issue a refund or credit, it will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase. So if the item was purchased using PayPal, you will be given credit in PayPal Credits.
