Selfanimate is an easy-to-use online platform for making customized greeting and invitation videos where you can edit the ready-made video templates with your images, text, and music. You can create great looking invitations for weddings, birthdays, parties, housewarming, baby shower, festivals and much more. You can also create your own greeting videos for use during holidays, festivals, birthdays, weddings, and for personal wishes. A registered user is someone who has signed up with Selfanimate using his email ID or Google profile. If you are a registered user and have logged in, you get access to all the features in the website including a personal dashboard of past activities, video archive of all videos, 300mb of free storage space for your photo library, ability to preview videos before finishing and much more. However, if you have not signed up (not registered) with Selfanimate, you can get access to our video template pool, learn how to edit them and get and overall experience of the website, however you will not be able to generate previews, or download a finished video.

Only watermarked video can be completed in the Standard option and is made based on queue. It may take up to 24 hours for completion or earlier. Your completed video will be sent to the registered email address. You will also be notified in the Notification section of the website.

The Priority option will process your video on priority and without the watermark. You will also be notified by email and in the Notification section of the website. You can Preview /Edit the video any number of times within 3 days of purchasing the template under this option.

When the 'Priority' option is chosen in the final stages of video editing, you get three days after purchasing the template to edit the video as many times as you like.

It could happen that due to a technical error, you are unable to use Selfanimate website for your intended purpose or you run into issues while editing the template. If you are a registered paid user, we will look into the issue and refund or re-issue credits as applicable. This service will not be available for non-registered or Standard option users.

Absolutely! We work with PayPal and Razorpay, two of the most reputed online payment providers who guarantee security and privacy of your information. All data on our website is secured and encrypted.

Absolutely not. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers. The payment process is routed directly from your computer to our payment service providers - PayPal or Razorpay. As the payment service is offered by them, any payment related issues will have to be addressed directly with the payment service providers.

You can make your video in landscape (for desktop view) or in portrait (for mobile view) formats. You will be asked to select the preferred format in the initial setup of the video editing process.

You will get your video in mp4 format, at 640 x 360 pixels. If you need higher resolution, please get in touch with us at service@selfanimate.com

As of now English is the default language, however you can create your video content in any language you like, and copy-paste that text into the video template editor.

If you are a registered user, and you have created the video after login, your finished videos will be saved in your free storage available and you can access the videos at any time from “My Video” section of the website. We store your saved videos in our servers for free, for a period of three months. If you have not logged in or have not registered with us, the videos created are not stored by us.

A completed video is a finished project. However, as a registered user you have the option to re-use the video by purchasing the template again.

Yes. If you are logged in, you can preview before finishing your edited video. If you are a visitor and have not logged in or signed up, you will not have access to save the file for preview.

Yes, the videos you create are your property and you hold full responsibility of the end product and its use.

Yes, you can. As a registered user, your finished video will be available in 'My Videos' section of the website and you will also be notified in the 'Notification' section. The link to the video will automatically be sent to your registered email address too.

Of course! you can use the 'Share & Download' feature in the website to share the video on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram or WhatsApp. You can also download the video to your local computer for future use.

From time to time, Selfanimate will run promotions, offers and discounts. You will receive coupons that you can apply on the website to get instant discounts or cashbacks. All registered users are subscribed to our mailing list and we will alert you on the offers and discounts as soon as they are launched.

If you are a registered user, we will look into the issue and refund or re-issue credits as applicable. This service will not be available for non-registered users.

As a user, if you have finished your video as per the editing process but you are not satisfied or would like to re-do the finished video, you will have to buy the template again for re-use. For this purpose, we can't offer you a refund. We recommend that you always preview the videos before finishing it.
